Goals

• Determine the overall structure for Fight Club.

hesitation - guild members more focused on internal bDAO projects than with external daos
@pilkster - preferred supplier status; outsource the work if capacity isn't available
@tesa - expedite FC work with additional payments
@Dionne - perhaps the guilds are prioritizing internal work as the current workload is new and is more bDAO infrastructure
