Summoner - person to control the private key corresponding to the address_summoner parameters of the Designated Governance Smart Contract

Mage - member who holds shares and constitutes a class of Managers. Membership is abased their demonstrated ability and willingness to assist in actively managing and monitoring the Genesis Fund. Managers are not permitted to delegate their responsibilities. Min time requirement - 3 hrs a week.
Lead Mage - Mage appointed by the majority of Mages to implement the Mages’ decisions, principles, and procedures and to coordinate decision-making among the Mages.
