I'm facing only one challenge at the Bankless DAO at this stage. I have voiced how much I love this community and how I see endless opportunities & incredible value in this talent pool. Bank tokens feel like equity and I believe that one day these tokens will be like more than just a worthless governance token but a real life asset, maybe even a currency I use to buy services.
However, at this super early stage (season 0) I face one challenge and that is how do I present my ideas, how do I find people to join me to buidl cool shit, how can I add add value to the Bankless DAO and how can contributing code, design and content be fairly rewarded?
I'm using myself as the showcase of the problem and hope to find a solution that works for all the other people who are keen to get on board, and ship cool products and services under the umbrella that is the Bankless DAO.

- With that being said, I'm on Discord now and overwhelmed by a 1000 channels

- Now I'm intrigued to learn more about the origins of the project so end up on Medium
- That's a bit weird, this is a media site and they send me to an other media site to read

So how can I play a role in this project? Well, I start with trying to get an overview of who is already involved in making the site better, so I type "website" in the Discord and try to catch up on all the comments made regarding this topic although I assume many messages might have been sent that didn't include this keyword so I'll miss out on a bunch of stuff, right?
So now I complement my research by looking for more formal proposals and docs related to rebuilding the website and sending out a bunch of DM's to people that showed up during my search on the Discord, as I already read the entire Wiki and didn't find much there, and I still have no clarity on timeline and priorities, so I set up an informal call on Discord, with Grendel, Dhannte, Pradhumna, Nico, Tgriffith, montgomery, Kouros, icedkool, wolfehr, MrPacMan, Devin, eagle, coetzee, gecko007, frogmonkee, bpetes, fin4thepeople, average joe, josephit, merkle, 0xLucas, nonesensetwice, soundman, Reese... in short the people I've met along the way, and that are on my DM list since I joined the DAO, but keen to more voices involved, ...

Yeah, ... I found a doc that at least gives some indication on the what/why/when/how and so I made a summary on an page. At this stage, I'm not worried about all the cool we can add, ... I feel we need to start with the basics, and IMHO that's defining what the different sections are that the site will need to give a home away from home. Now let's kickstart some brainstorms related to and chit-chat about the look & feel.
