Current Problem Statement:
I am a manager of a manufacturing company
I am trying to improve my company’s efficiency by making the best decision possible within my knowledge
But my company doesn’t have the supporting information I need in a structured and easily accessible way
Because digitalizing the company’s processes is expensive, slow, and disruptive. Since the current processes “work well enough”, there is no interest in changing them
Which makes me feel insecure about my decisions as I am making them blindfolded and based on gut feelings. I also feel anxious and nervous about the outcome of the decision, as it isn’t clear to me if they are the right ones
