Representative
Granting process
Each season all associates vote for their team representative; there are five teams with the right to have representatives on the board. Those teams are top-level teams created from the sub-teams; therefore, no group is excluded. Another two members are voted in out of all associates, regardless of team. The last two members are from BanklessDAO, but not from Bankless Consulting, to ensure alignments with the overall mission.
Removal proces
Every representative is voted in for one season. After the season, the tag is automatically removed. In case of severe misbehavior, each representative can be voted out by 6 out of 9 representatives. In case of low or no presence on the representative meetings, other representatives (4 out of 9) can vote for compensation removal for the rest of the season
Role Description
This is a pure governance role in overseeing bankless consulting activities and ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Representatives should not be heavily involved in project delivery as it can cause a conflict of interest between short-term gains and long-term success.
