CityDAO initial bounty suggestions

CityDAO looks to Bounty Board to help with 2 issues:

connect new contributors to the organizers they can most help (crowd control)

direct all contributors towards work that matters to CityDAO

New Contributor Bounties

The purpose of these bounties is to facilitate the connection between organizers and new talent.  This means that the relevant organizer on CityDAO should be the one to create the bounty (i.e. the Dev organizer should create the Dev bounties).  

These bounties should help potential contributors self-select into teams where they have the most impact.  Bounties should also help organizers find and vet talent in a repeatable way.  To that end, the bounties should be: no-barrier - to ensure any inspired contributor can find a bounty to plug them in
small - low-reward and mid-effort (1-2 hour) tasks ensure contributors actually care 
valuable - even a small value to CityDAO, sets up a win-win scenario

Suggestions

You can set bounties for each stream of work (from #interest-roles):

Review the CityDAO GitHub. Submit an improvement(s) that could be made on one of the repositories.

Submit a technical project you think that CityDAO should take on, and describe how you would go about implementing it.

Legal - Give a small summary of the legalities of a DAO owning property in a jurisdiction of your choice.

Design - Submit a design asset of your choice that uses the CityDAO logo (this should be linked).

Real Estate - Submit a parcel of land you think CityDAO should look into. Describe why you think it would fit the CityDAO ethos.

Community - Have a conversation about CityDAO on the social platform of your choice (Twitter, Discord, etc). Submit a link to the discussion.

Governance - Write a short report about the missing pieces in CityDAO's governance processes, and what we should do to fix them.

You can set bounties for each active project (from #what-is-season-0):

operations - Identify one operational improvement that could be made to CityDAO and write a proposal to improve it.

charter - Review the CityDAO Constitution and write about the long-term implications of one article or sub-clause. Be sure to look at it from multiple perspectives.

onboarding - After you have gone through the onboarding process, rate the process out of 10 and describe things that were done well, and things that need improvement.

podcast - Suggest one or more speakers for the podcast. Explain why you think they'd be a good fit, and what connection (if any) you have with them.

website - Review the current website. Give a recommendation for a new website platform, and your experience in that platform.

You can set up a "general interest" bounties for people who want to contribute but don't know how:

Create a meme about CityDAO and post it in the #memes channel. Get at least 4 reactions on it.

Submit a project you think that CityDAO should take on, and describe how you would go about implementing it.
