Begin the campaign to amplify the event through our partners at Bankless, our sponsors, and other DeSci Telegram groups, as well as leveraging speakers' networks.

Organize a casual Twitter Space for speakers to gather community feedback and refine their sessions.

Finalize the unconference schedule and share it with all stakeholders.

Conduct a preliminary test of the unconference app to ensure functionality and address any technical issues.
