  • Launch the event's landing page, ensuring it features the collected speaker information prominently (suggestion: move it to the main page from the tab).
  • Finalize and disseminate the attendee signup form (suggested template created on Airtable)

Next Week (28th November - 4th December):
  • Begin the campaign to amplify the event through our partners at Bankless, our sponsors, and other DeSci Telegram groups, as well as leveraging speakers' networks.
  • Organize a casual Twitter Space for speakers to gather community feedback and refine their sessions.
  • Finalize the unconference schedule and share it with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct a preliminary test of the unconference app to ensure functionality and address any technical issues.
