Chapter Titles + Timestamps Workflow
- Screen the notes from the AV content edit and identify parts that seem high impact
- Listen to the final mix one time as quickly as possible to edit timestamps
- Select final timestamps to publish as chapter titles & add new ones if AV missed anything
- Add timestamps to all paragraphs? (automated on export from Descript)
- Add timestamps for speaker names? (manually or using Fireflies.ai if we upgrade)
Note: can AV help to label speakers by using audio stems?
- Add finalized chapter titles and timestamps to the “Notes and Snippets” sub-page for the episode on Notion. (requires editor access)
- Create Chapter Titles to replace the notes at your selected timestamps. Use an engaging and friendly tone, adding keywords for SEO etc
- Share link in Discord for revision & handoff to social media (tag someone)
