Granting process
1. Needs to be an Associate within the consulting with experience with project delivery
2. Needs to have an understanding of project quality assurance practices
3. Needs to be nominated by the other 2 sponsors
4. All associates will vote on this nomination with the quorum being 25%.
- All genesis contributors can skip the nomination (3) and voting (4), but needs to comply with 1 and 2
Removal proces
There are 2 ways to loose Project Sponsor tag
1. Loosing Associate role as described in Discipline & Removal Process and above
2. Not performing Sponsors duties well and being vote out the role. This can be initiated by project team or client feedback. Based on the severity of the situation, the tag can be removed immediately, paused till the case resolution or documented - the removal process follows the Discipline & Removal Process
Role Description
Critical role for project delivery and quality assurance. This role connects Bankless Consulting governance with Project teams. It's the only project role which is needed to be fulfilled by an approved Bankless Consulting Associate. By that, we make sure that all projects are aligned with our mission and quality standards.
