Meeting notes

• One person confirmed, send out session, time frame Mar 21-apr 1, maybe the 31st
fireside chat for the week after tentatively
try to schedule firesides in parallel (finalize next dates within the week, send lettuce meets)

• Everyone has been paid so far, except the education team. Bulk amount at the end to liza, kahuna, fi_bo at the end of s3.

• Outline draft is done, perhaps can be scheduled for the 28th
hint: put them into slides and figure out what they want to say
focusing more on best practices and try to limit to 45 minutes

• final session:
invite three founders in web3 (expectation from vc), maybe founders are easier to get
high-level session (philosophical)

• Do POAP transfer
