Templatize as much as possible
This process is currently in development.
Create templates for various aspects of the branding and marketing processes to streamline and standardize the workflow. For example, templates should be developed for event briefs, case studies, and partnership briefs.
Align Perspectives and Foster Momentum
To help foster momentum, it is helpful to reach out to individuals with whom you have established relationships to seek their feedback in the early stages of any initiative. Engaging in mini feedback sessions intermittently can also help maintain a steady flow of communication. In particular, the Marketing Director and Creative Director are crucial stakeholders to gather feedback from.

To complete briefs, the follow the steps found in the workflow found here:
Creating Brand Briefs
Develop product/service Single Source of Truths (SSOTs)
This process is currently in development.
Use the information from the brand brief to inform the creation of a comprehensive document that explains the product, its features, and instructions on how to use it. This document should be regularly updated to reflect any changes or additions.
It should happen after the following process:
Oversee design assets
Once the brand brief is created, oversee the design assets that were requested. This includes:
- Assisting in mood boarding: The mood boarding is a joint effort between you and the relevant designer. Ensure that the mood board stays in line with the guidelines defined in the brand brief. If you have time, you can also aid the designer by using resources such as Pinterest to send them ideas.
- Assisting in the creation of design concepts: The Design Team will take the mood board and create 3 different design concepts, representing different brand directions. Keep an eye on the concepts in Figma and ensure they stay within the branding guidelines. Leave comments with suggestions when necessary.
- Assisting in design concept refinement: Feedback will be received from relevant stakeholders and agreement on a direction will be determined. Help the designer in refining the elements the stakeholders have selected into one cohesive concept. Keep an eye on the concept and leave comments with suggestions when necessary.
- Providing feedback on design assets: Once the stakeholders have agreed upon a design direction, the designer will begin creating the requested assets. As a brand representative, you will need to weigh in on typefaces, colors, and other elements to ensure alignment with the brand brief. There will be a Figma file in which you will frequently be tagged for feedback. Make sure to respond with feedback and suggestions in a timely manner.
- Maintain Asset Google Drive: This process is currently in development. Assets are currently stored in Google Drive, although plans are underway to change this. All final assets should be stored in their respective folders.
Ad hoc reviewing and copy editing
