Gitcoin’s Peer Review Process recognizes a need for relational feedback: in a non-hierarchical workplace, it is strong relationships that knit us together and keep us accountable to one another and our big goals. 

Because of this, Gitcoiners choose 3 peers to build a relationship with as their reviewers long-term. These are people you can go to in good times and bad to process your work life. 

Your reviewers can also reach out to you to initiate support they think you need. We use a combination of asynchronous written feedback & live conversations (a facilitated group session).

We take part in organized Peer Review at least 4 times a year and we keep the relationships with our reviewers year-round so that we can improve whenever the moment arises.
