I struggle to take part in the weekly syncs because they are on Fridays 9pm in my timezone. It's true pain.
please change the schedule for the weekly sync, this would be a great start! :D

don't really have an opinion on that atm.
My other occupations. I probably need to spend a day go through the information in PM guild to see what I need for the project I manage. I need to free up time.
I think the price tag for retrospectives is a bit high, but that's a problem in general with pm... it's expensive :D

I'm very happy with my experience. I'm not super-experienced as a PM, so I've been learning tons about web3 PM along the way for months. I also appreciate the recognition of the value of a PM Guild in the bDAO ecosystem.

Great communication, efficient management and working towards a common goal typically leads to contributor satisfaction and good vibes all around. All of my experience with PMG has been aligned with that.
The offerings are top-notch. I see the primary challenge being marketing and connecting with clients.

I like retros as a service. I think this will be extremely valuable and many projects within bDAO need the services of experienced PMs.
approach to education too much self centered. instead we should be looking for ways to outsource it. Knowing a subject is something but teaching it is a different proffesion.

How PM guild works with each member
I think it can be better

it's sometimes hard to recommend PM guild to new people because there aren't convenient "hooks" for people to go to. The weekly meet on friday could be a presentation, or housekeeping, or discussion, it's hard to know.
Just keep moving forward!
Fun meets, producing stuff I am proud of, working with competent people, feeling the guild as a whole is moving forward
Create more "bite sized" solutions to help people, and hook them into services for full PM help

It's hard to see the benefits of a retrospective unless you are part of one. Also, it's easy to lose focus on the output/improvements when projects have so many other things going on. Finally, people typically come to PM Guild for PM help, which to most people includes regular, weekly execution. We don't have anything to help people do that

Itās still a new guild and so far the only thing I can say I still am not happy about is that the start here page isnāt well informative but work is already ongoing to make it as informative as possible.

A clear value proposition for anyone new joining. Why am I hear, what am I getting out of the experience how can I contribute. Takes a lot of synchronous discussion right now.
Clearer structure, governance and workflows.
Collaboration, communication that leads to action, contribution, celebration, acknowledging each other and giving open feedback.
Clear definition of what they are and what They will do for the customer (WIFM)
Access to tools can be clunky. Took a while to get what I needed to start doing work. Not all work on board is clearly defined and ready to pick up.

Weekly meetings at odd hours for one part of the world.
Can we create a one page floor plan. What all members can do, role holders, meeting timings, next steps etc. Let me work on this.

Honestly Gcal is doing a great job. Very friendly and ready to help. I would say the pm guild is welcoming and it's a kind community. Every members opinions matters
I don't have comment on this yet, as I'm still trying to understand the guild.
I don't know how. Not getting a good explanation on how to go about the project. We need an environment that teaches us and help us every step of the way, so we can get something done

I just joined the PM guild last week so maybe to early to say.
Not sure at the moment
Welcoming of new members and encouraging involvement. My first draft of clarification form for new projects met lots of encouragement and supporting DMs.
So focus on good quality education/certification programs should be a focus.
And maybe some 1:1 coaching. Iām pretty sure I could lead a project right now if I got support in clarifying expectations with the client. I donāt have the agile experience but have experience with regular projects.
Clear expectations to different levels of project management. Maybe we can develop 3-4 standard PM packages. I will make a proposal
I think availability of PMs is the most important shortcomings.
