- Should stewards have meetings at least 1/week, 1/2weeks or 1/month to flesh out bottlenecks in their work?
- What happens when stewards are not active?
- What actions should be taken?
- Opened to anyone who might be interested in becoming a steward?
- Let’s discuss….
suggest a meeting at least once a month - so many meetings hence async will be good. - We can also create threads
suggest 2/month- Checking up on stewards and finding out how they are doing to lend out helping hands.
- what happens when a steward is not around?
- check in first
- after multiple attemps
- Get atleast 2 volunteers to step up
- Stewards should get a buddy to help out with stuffs.
- Try and identify key people and highly motivated folks to help out.
